This study aims at exploring how internal factors combine to lead companies to adopt a comprehensive perspective in approaching competing demands in their sustainability efforts. We investigates configurations associated with developing an elevated organizational paradox approach in corporate sustainability by the mean fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) analysis. Four paradoxical paths has emerged from our findings.
